HOA Dues are due on June 1st of each year. Late fees of $50 are assessed July 1st and accrue at the interest rate of 1% per month.

Failure to pay your dues will result in a late fee a accrued interest. Extended lack of HOA dues being paid may result in a lien against your home and possible foreclosure.

In an emergency situation, call 911. Otherwise, disputes should be resolved between neighbors. the HOA does not have any authority to regulate relationships between homeowners. 

Report any violations with any proof you can obtain to secretary@missionhillsliving.org. Always remember to call 911 in a life-threatening or emergency situation. 

Report any witnessed crimes to the local authorities, and, when it is safe to do so, contact secretary@missionhillsliving.org with as much information as you are able to provide.

Park space is first-come-first-served and cannot be reserved. 

Yes. Mission Hills quiet hours are 10 pm until 7 am every day. For noise complaints, contact secretary@missionhillsliving.org with any evidence you might be able to provide.

The realtor can contact treasurer@missionhillsliving.org to complete any necessary paperwork.

The fee is $300, payable to Mission Hills HOA.

Property Amenities

A new gate fob is $50, payable to Mission Hills HOA. Cash Payments are discouraged. 

Street parking is only allowed if your vehicle is parked in front of your property. Vehicles cannot be parked on corners in ways that impede safe corner use or anywhere where red paint covers the curb.

Non-working vehicles, vehicles in a non-temporary state of disrepair, unlicensed vehicles, vehicles without a license plate, and vehicles with expired tabs are not allowed in the community. Additionally, no excessively large trucks, semi trucks, boats, recreational vehicles, or ATV’s should be parked in the community.

Changes and Appearances

Any changes to landscaping requires ACC approval

Any changes to structural aspects of the property requires ACC approval.

Any aesthetic changes to the property, including, but not limited to, paint colors requires ACC approval.
